Interpreters and captioning

CIBC has a list of approved American Sign Language (ASL) and Langue des Signes Québécoise (LSQ) interpreters.

If you need an interpreter, please mention it in the notes section of the form when you book a meeting. We’ll arrange an interpreter subject to their availability.

Please bear in mind that most of our sign language vendors require advance notice for bookings.

We also enlist the help of Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART) captioning services to meet the needs of our clients with auditory disabilities.
