How to join on a mobile device

Download and install Microsoft Teams

You’ll need Teams to join your virtual meeting on your mobile device.

Use the link in your email

Select “Join Online Meeting” from the CIBC virtual meeting confirmation or reminder email.

Select join as a guest

You don’t need a Microsoft Teams account to join the meeting.

Set up your microphone and camera (optional)

You’ll be asked to allow access to your microphone and camera. If you don’t allow access, you’ll need to use another device to dial in.

Join the meeting

Once your setup is complete, you’ll be directed to the meeting lobby until the CIBC representative joins.

How to join on a desktop device

Use the link in your email

Select “Join Online Meeting” from the CIBC virtual meeting confirmation or reminder email.

Select “Continue” on your browser

No need to create an account or download Teams, you can join as a guest.

Set up your microphone and camera (optional)

You’ll be asked to allow access to your microphone and camera. If you don’t allow access, you’ll need to dial in.

Join the meeting

Once your setup is complete, you’ll be directed to the meeting lobby until the CIBC representative joins.
